Garlic Butter Salmon
Perfectly pan-seared salmon fillets with a luscious garlic butter sauce. Elegant enough for guests, easy enough for weeknights.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions

Pat salmon dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Place salmon skin-side up and cook 4-5 minutes until golden.

Flip and cook 3-4 more minutes until desired doneness.

Remove salmon and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the pan.
