Homemade Brownies

Ingredients

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan.
