Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
Better than takeout beef and broccoli with a glossy brown sauce. Ready in 20 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced against the grain
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth in a bowl. Set aside.

Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat until smoking.

Add beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove.

Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.

Add broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Return beef to wok. Pour in sauce mixture.

Toss everything together until sauce thickens and coats the beef and broccoli.
