Chimichurri Sauce
Fresh and vibrant Argentine chimichurri with parsley, oregano, garlic, and red wine vinegar. Perfect for grilled meats.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh parsley, packed
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano leaves
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Finely chop parsley and oregano by hand or pulse in food processor.

Mince garlic and add to herbs.

Transfer to a bowl. Stir in red wine vinegar.

Slowly whisk in olive oil until combined.

Let sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes for flavors to meld.
