Garlic Parmesan Wings
Crispy baked chicken wings tossed in a buttery garlic Parmesan sauce. Restaurant-quality wings made at home with no deep fryer needed.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray with cooking spray.

Pat wings completely dry with paper towels. Toss with baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Do not overcrowd — air circulation is key for crispiness.

Bake for 20 minutes, flip wings, then bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

While wings bake, melt butter in a small saucepan. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
