Sticky Honey Garlic Chicken Wings
Crispy baked chicken wings coated in a sticky, sweet honey garlic glaze. The perfect game day snack or weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings, tips removed and separated
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

Pat wings completely dry. Toss with baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake 20 more minutes until crispy.

While wings bake, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a saucepan.

Simmer the glaze over medium heat for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Transfer crispy wings to a large bowl. Pour the glaze over and toss until every wing is coated.

Plate wings and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
