Vegetable Stir Fry
Colorful vegetables in a savory garlic ginger sauce. Quick, healthy, and completely customizable.
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups snap peas
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (or vegetarian alternative)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Rice or noodles for serving
Instructions

Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat until smoking.

Add garlic and ginger, stir 30 seconds.

Add broccoli and cook 2 minutes.

Add bell peppers, snap peas, and mushrooms. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes.
