Miso Ginger Sesame Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp white miso paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 2 green onions, very thinly sliced

Combine miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, water, and sriracha in a bowl.
